Cooking Instructions: Cook over hot coals on a braai 20 min or (BBQ), Fry in the pan for 20min, Cook in the oven for 20 minutes. Ensure fully cooked through before eating

Keep frozen for up to 6 months, defrost in the fridge and consume immediately
