Beef Tongue Min:1Kg


Cooking beef tongue couldn’t be much simpler.

The tongue doesn’t have bones or connective tissue to deal with like other cuts.

There are many ways to prepare beef tongue, but the best way is to boil it in a pressure cooker with water and spice it with salt and pepper.


  • 1 Beef Tongue
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 litre water

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook the beef tongue until it’s soft, usually an hour to an hour and a half
  • Take it out and let it cool down
  • Remove the outer skin

Enjoy it with mustard on bread or with some rice and vegetables.
