We guarantee that all our meat is fresh, of the highest quality, and delivered in temperature-controlled packaging. Should you receive a product that does not meet our standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We require photographic evidence to help us understand the issue and will offer a replacement or refund if the product is indeed found to be faulty.

Refund and Replacement Damaged Goods:

If you receive your meat in a damaged condition, report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the situation and, if the damage is confirmed, offer a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect Items:

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional charge.

Cancellation:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if the order has already been dispatched, we cannot accept a cancellation.

Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. This policy ensures the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

Refund Processing:

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the confirmation of the issue. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
