It's super easy to make boerewors in a pan.

In this video, we are frying our boerewors with butter and onions.

Cook on low heat and turn it every couple of minutes until it is cooked.

Once the boerewors is cooked we will remove it and add a tin of tomatoes so that we can make a nice sauce for our pap 😀

Here we are mixing our boerewors spice mix with the meat before we put it through the mincer.

Hi guys in this video I will show you how I prepare my T Bones to make sure that they are always nice and tender when I braai.

Steps 1
Place your T Bones in the fridge (Sorry not The Freezer) for a week make sure that there is nothing lying on it and if possible place it upright in the fridge, not the freezer like I have said in the video.

Step 2
Take it out of the bag 5 hours before you braai and pat it dry with a paper towel.

Step3
Place it back in the fridge for another 5 hours to remove moisture.

Step 4
1 Hour before you braai rub it with some brown vinegar and put it back in the fridge.

Strep 6
Throw those puppies on the braai, spice them with a bit of salt, black pepper and thyme and enjoy them when done
